About Me
This all started after throwing a Fourth of July party with friends. Turns out a lot of them really enjoyed the burgers. That’s when I realized I might actually be able to do something with this.
I’ve spent years working in fast-casual restaurants, learning what works and what doesn’t. I naturally look into improving systems. In a weird way, I approach food the same way I approach video games, by min-maxing. That means finding the most efficient way to do something without sacrificing quality.
Every part of the burger is intentional: the smash, the seasoning, the sauces, and the toppings. Every ingredient should compliment eachother and not overpower one another.
There’s nothing overly complicated here. Just simple and clean burgers.
